Motocross gift vouchers – a course for every rider
With a motocross gift voucher you give a course at MX-Academy in Schlatt TG – for children aged 4 and over, teenagers, women, beginners without a licence and experienced riders. The voucher arrives as a PDF by email immediately after payment and is valid for 2 years. Every voucher carries the design of its target group on the PDF, and on request a birthday or Christmas design as well.

Motocross riding for everyone
Try motocross riding yourself – with no experience, no licence and no gear of your own. The taster course (1 hour of riding time incl. breaks, only every second Wednesday) and the complete packages include a Honda rental bike, complete protective gear and coaching by professional trainers.
Motorcycle beginners
Riding a motorcycle for the first time: on the fenced-off grounds, neither a licence nor a learner’s permit is needed. You learn on light motorcycles with an automatic gearbox, after theory and a dry run – at the beginning, the coaches ride with you if necessary.
Kids motocross
Motocross for children aged 4 and over on a child-friendly track: Honda kids rental bike, protective gear in kids sizes and coaching by professional trainers. With beginners, the instructor rides along until the child can handle the kids motorcycle on their own.
Teen motocross
Try teen motocross or train regularly – without having to keep investing in new equipment as they grow: the motocross bike and protective gear can be rented. Just as suitable for girls as for boys.
Motorcycle riding for women
For beginners and returning riders: ladies’ bikes for all heights and protective gear in women’s sizes. You start on a smaller bike without a clutch, and on the first rides a coach sits behind you.
Motocross training
For everyone who already rides: a training day with your own motorbike or in the complete package with rental equipment. Training takes place in small groups by level, and the trainers analyse every rider’s weaknesses.
Enduro training
On the enduro training grounds in Schlatt TG with different levels of difficulty: roots, stones, tree trunks, pulling away on a slope and braking downhill – in ability groups, with your own enduro or in the complete package with a rental motorbike.
Motorcycle safety training
The motorcycle safety training takes place off-road: braking technique on loose ground, climbs and descents, controlling lean angles – for adventure bikes. A valid motorcycle licence is required.
Value voucher
Should the course be their own choice? The value voucher of CHF 20, 50 or 100 is credited when booking; a more expensive course can also be booked, the difference is then paid. The value option is also available in every target group voucher – with the matching design.
Birthday present
A motocross course as a birthday present – ideal for children aged 4 and over and for a 14th, 18th, 30th, 40th or 50th birthday. On every voucher you can choose the “Happy birthday!” design.

Questions and answers
Which motocross gift voucher is right?
For newcomers, the vouchers motocross riding for everyone, motorcycle beginner, kids motocross, teen motocross and women’s motorcycle are right. Riders with experience take motocross training, enduro training or motorcycle safety training. With the value voucher, the course is chosen freely.
Is a licence needed?
No – motocross is permitted as a sport on private grounds. Only the motorcycle safety training requires a valid motorcycle licence.
How is the voucher delivered?
Immediately after payment as a PDF by email, front and back – to print or forward.
How long is the voucher valid?
Two years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
How is the voucher redeemed?
Online at www.mx-academy.ch: when registering in the event calendar, choose the course and enter the voucher number.
Can a more expensive course be booked?
Yes. The voucher amount is credited and the difference is paid when booking.
Where do the courses take place?
At the MX-Academy motocross grounds in Schlatt TG, around 30 minutes from Zurich – with 4 different tracks, including a separate kids track.
Is VAT charged on the voucher?
No. Course vouchers are exempt from VAT as an educational service.
